texting is it’s just that you can text them…Elle Mills Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely crucial however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I imply it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m unsure just how much that actually is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I just wanted to provide some like last thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s truly good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another truly excellent truly great prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
