texting is it’s just that you can text them…Get.Betterhelp.Com… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
