not very crucial but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a quick summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think also another really fantastic actually great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
