not very essential but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m uncertain how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s really helpful for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I think I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another really great truly terrific candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
