texting is it’s just that you can text them…How Does Betterhelp Works… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not very important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually great for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another really excellent really great prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
