texting is it’s simply that you can text them…How Legitimate Is Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and after that I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message because basically they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest but you may need to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a regular conversation but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your buddies you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something great to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit cheaper than going in to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any problems about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was simply something I thought about however that’s.

not really essential but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m unsure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a brief summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another really great actually fantastic prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
