texting is it’s simply that you can text them…How Private Is Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
