not very essential but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to offer some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s really good for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so essentially I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy task or something like that I believe likewise another actually great actually fantastic prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
