not extremely essential but general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a short summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small however like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I believe also another truly terrific actually excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
