texting is it’s simply that you can text them…I Have Had Success Wth Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
