texting is it’s just that you can text them…If I Cancel Betterhelp And Sign Up Again… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not very essential but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I just wished to offer some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s really helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another really fantastic truly excellent prospect to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
