get about 2 actions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since basically they do a lot of these individuals appear to have possibly not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really instantaneous because regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a regular conversation but with talk area you might say this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your pals you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think of you understand something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real cost like here somebody it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it other than possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.
