texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp A Good Website… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really helpful for people with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
