texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp American… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re simply lingering for you to message because basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate because regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a regular discussion but with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they might state oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to consider you know something that did bother me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit less expensive than going in to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have really any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow however like I need to exercise some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think of this so I mean I think it’s a great service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I view all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that one was called I can insert it here once again which’s like something comparable so if you wish to look into that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was since my partner was type of pushing me to do something to do treatment since he understood that I was going through a great deal of tension so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you must really talk with somebody and he knew about talk space therefore that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like advantages about but again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships which’s basically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I haven’t really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was sort of starting to state prior to if you have much deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is essential to be seeing somebody face to face particularly if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive problems there’s something I have actually kind of discovered like clearly these are deep.
