texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp App Free… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
