texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Better Now… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually handy for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really important however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m uncertain how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to provide a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another truly terrific truly excellent candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
