texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp.Com A Scam… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and after that I think a good part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
