texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Good Now… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of instantly and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it type of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
