texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Internaional… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people seem to have possibly not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really immediate because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk space you may say this and after that it might be five hours later and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it appears to be a great bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking truly since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not extremely crucial however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time however back here so I simply wished to provide some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a brief introduction and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s truly great for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific really great prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
