texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Legal… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message due to the fact that generally they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of discuss it like a regular conversation however with talk area you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your good friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than entering to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually because like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the user interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I do not know that was just something I considered but that’s.

not really important but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s actually helpful for like tension type of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I think likewise another really excellent truly great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
