texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Non Profit… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it type of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
