texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Really Free… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instant because regard like talking about things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be five hours later and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than entering to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it besides perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I considered but that’s.

not extremely important but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not exactly sure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to give some like last thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to give a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really helpful for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually excellent really great candidate to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
