Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?

texting is it’s just that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Thera[Y Good?… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
