texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is Betterhelp Useful… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
