texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Is There A Betterhelp Equivalent In Asia… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
