Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Jacksfilms Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have perhaps not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous because regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a normal conversation but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I imply like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand made with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think about you know something that did bother me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be an excellent bit cheaper than entering to talk to someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real price like here somebody it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of good the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not very essential but overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a short introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually helpful for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so essentially I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually terrific truly terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway however like I require to exercise some insurance coverage things before I even like think about this so I suggest I believe it’s an excellent service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually enjoy I enjoy all of her videos and she spoke about it however I don’t remember what that one was called I can insert it here again which resembles something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk area was because my partner was type of pushing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he type of was the one who was stating hey you need to actually speak with somebody and he understood about talk area and so that was the one that he really recommended me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like good ideas about but once again like it’s actually like talked about a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only method I’ve ever become aware of it I haven’t actually become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I think it’s a fantastic service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper problems if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it is necessary to be seeing somebody in person especially if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more in-depth problems there’s something I’ve kind of seen like clearly these are deep.
