texting is it’s just that you can text them…Jor El Caraballo Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she examines hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that basically they do a great deal of these people appear to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very instantaneous because regard like going over things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk area you might say this and then it might be five hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the actual cost like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly because like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of great the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any grievances about it aside from possibly like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was just something I considered however that’s.

not very essential but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not sure just how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once however back here so I just wanted to provide some like last ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually good for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I think likewise another truly excellent actually terrific prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
