texting is it’s just that you can text them…Keli Cahill Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
