not very important but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to give some like final ideas I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a quick introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think likewise another really great actually great candidate to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t.
