texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Michael Phelps Betterhelp Detroit Become Human… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist sort of instantly and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really valuable for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t understand what they call it they check that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really important however general I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of however I’m unsure how much that really is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really excellent if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another truly excellent truly terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
