Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Mindy Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and after that I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message because generally they do a great deal of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices but they have an office that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really immediate because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you might have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re talking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of speak about it like a typical discussion but with talk space you may state this and after that it might be 5 hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to think about you know something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than entering to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here someone it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I imply it is less time that you’re probably talking actually due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have truly any complaints about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was simply something I thought of however that’s.
