Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?

texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Nickname Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly valuable for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not really essential but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time however back here so I just wished to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to provide a brief summary and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s truly good for like tension type of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so essentially I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe also another actually excellent really fantastic prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
