texting is it’s just that you can text them…Philip Defranco Betterhelp News… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually helpful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two actions a day about like certainly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not very rapid in that regard like discussing things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal discussion however with talk area you may say this and then it might be five hours later on and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call someone and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one advantage to it appears to be an excellent bit cheaper than going in to talk to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual cost like here someone it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really since like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have really any complaints about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I do not understand that was just something I thought about but that’s.

not really crucial however overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been excellent so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m uncertain how much that really is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I simply wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a brief summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another actually fantastic really great prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be guaranteed anyhow but like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like think of this so I suggest I think it’s a great service I have actually seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I enjoy all of her videos and she talked about it but I do not remember what that a person was called I can insert it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was sort of pushing me to do something to do therapy due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he sort of was the one who was stating hey you need to truly speak to somebody and he understood about talk area therefore that was the one that he actually suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about however once again like it’s really like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everybody though um and I believe like I was type of starting to say before if you have much deeper issues if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it’s important to be seeing somebody in person specifically if it’s you know things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to speak about more thorough concerns there’s something I have actually type of seen like undoubtedly these are deep.
