not really essential however general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been great so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face quite as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wanted to give some like last thoughts I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a quick summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think likewise another actually great really fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
