texting is it’s just that you can text them…Product Quality Analyst Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists check there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 responses a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message due to the fact that essentially they do a lot of these individuals appear to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not extremely instantaneous in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a little bit longer to go over things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of speak about it like a normal discussion but with talk space you might say this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they might state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your buddies you understand what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to consider you know something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than entering to speak with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually since like I stated it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any complaints about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was just something I considered however that’s.

not really important however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure just how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without whatever failing at once however back here so I simply wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a quick introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s truly excellent if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I think likewise another actually great actually excellent prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
