texting is it’s just that you can text them…Regain.Us Versus Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I believe a great part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly handy for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I actually like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not really essential however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to offer some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s truly helpful for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I think also another really great really great prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
