get about 2 responses a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na type of talk about it like a normal discussion but with talk area you may say this and then it might be five hours later and after that they may say oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can say hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s just something good to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it appears to be an excellent bit more affordable than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re most likely talking actually due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more support I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any complaints about it aside from maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I do not know that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not really essential but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good so far um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m not exactly sure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last thoughts I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe also another really terrific really excellent prospect to use talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
