texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Roosterteeth Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a great part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very essential however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I believe it’s actually good for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not small however like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to consultations if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think likewise another really great actually fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t.
