texting is it’s just that you can text them…Rushabh Gandhi Betterhelp… type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can speak about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really handy for individuals with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not really important but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering but I’m uncertain just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a quick summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s truly great for like tension type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe likewise another really terrific really great prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not.
