texting is it’s just that you can text them…Salary At Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it sort of provides you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s actually cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 actions a day about like certainly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you however it’s not like they’re simply waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a great deal of these individuals seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to go over things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and after that they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a regular discussion however with talk space you may say this and then it might be five hours later and after that they might state oh well this and then it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your friends you understand what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something good to think of you understand something that did bother me a bit initially yeah the one good idea to it appears to be a great bit cheaper than going in to speak to somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the actual rate like here someone it has to do with that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any complaints about it aside from perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that does not matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyhow so I don’t know that was simply something I considered but that’s.

not extremely important but overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal regular treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to offer some like last thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually great for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier however I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy task or something like that I think also another really terrific really great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I haven’t. concerns since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making anxious or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for simply more I’m actually distressed about starting a new task I am really nervous about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I believe it would be fantastic um it also depends upon like how comfy you are like speaking to a phone like I know that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I indicate since if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly unusual like you holding up a phone or like speaking to your laptop due to the fact that it’s gon na resemble this weird like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like alright whatever like this is normal that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m sort of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly advise it to anyone who takes a trip like full-time because that would be awesome like then you could actually have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
