texting is it’s just that you can text them…Salon And Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of instantaneously and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with anxiety or with depression with journalism of ideas it sort of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you understand a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.

not extremely important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I just wanted to give some like last thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a quick introduction and after that like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so basically I think it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think likewise another really great actually fantastic candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
