texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Samantha Giusti Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re considering things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and after that I think a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really useful for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it type of provides you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they do not develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not really crucial however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m not sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final thoughts I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a quick summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually busy task or something like that I believe also another truly fantastic really great candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
