get about two actions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since basically they do a great deal of these people appear to have possibly not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyway so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like talking about things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of talk about it like a regular conversation however with talk area you may say this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they might say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your friends you understand what I mean like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think about you know something that did trouble me a bit initially yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a great bit less expensive than entering to talk with somebody it has to do with $200 a month around there I could put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so weekly you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more support I would say so that’s kind of great the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have truly any grievances about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I considered but that’s.

not very important but total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not sure just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a brief overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so basically I believe it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another really great really fantastic prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
