texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Sexplanations Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I think a nice part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about two responses a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you however it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have possibly not practices however they have an office that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really rapid in that regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you may need to wait a little bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a typical conversation however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later on and after that they might say oh well this and then it’s type of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I suggest like you can call someone and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something good to think of you know something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a great bit more affordable than going in to speak with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re probably talking really due to the fact that like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I do not have actually any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that does not matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was just something I considered but that’s.

not really essential however general I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been great so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I simply wished to give some like last thoughts I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a brief overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really good for like tension kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I ought to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I think it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly great truly great candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
