get about two reactions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a moment they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant in that regard like discussing things it’s instant that you can tell them your problems which you can get that off your chest however you might need to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you resolve this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a typical discussion however with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and then they might say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making plans with your buddies you understand what I mean like you can call somebody and you can state hey let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you know made with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it might take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit at first yeah the one good idea to it appears to be a great bit more affordable than going in to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions per month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re most likely talking really since like I said it’s only half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have actually any grievances about it besides possibly like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought of however that’s.

not very crucial however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m uncertain how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wanted to provide some like last ideas I guess I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I type of wished to offer a quick overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I think it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I must’ve said that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so basically I think it’s really great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really hectic job or something like that I think likewise another actually excellent actually excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
