texting is it’s just that you can text them…Sonya Bruner Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist kind of immediately and after that I think a great part about that is if you have a thought sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you select to text them about it so if I want to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or at least my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
