Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?

get about two reactions a day about like obviously if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably assist you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message because essentially they do a lot of these people appear to have possibly not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not really instant because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your problems and that you can get that off your chest however you might have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re discussing things in therapy it’s gon na be you’re gon na say something and then they’re gon na say oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na sort of speak about it like a normal conversation but with talk space you might state this and then it might be 5 hours later and after that they may state oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your friends you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your conversation at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something great to think of you understand something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one advantage to it seems to be a good bit cheaper than going in to talk with someone it has to do with $200 a month around there I might put the real rate like here somebody it has to do with that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting which consists of for that bundle it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I suggest it is less time that you’re most likely talking really because like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have actually any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it however like I think that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought of however that’s.
