Is it better to work for Talkspace or BetterHelp?
texting is it’s just that you can text them…Teladoc And Betterhelp… type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you wish to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantly and after that I believe a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking to your therapist that day or even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be really useful for individuals with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and maybe they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t know what they call it they inspect that two times a day or at least my therapist informed me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
get about 2 reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a moment they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since essentially they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices however they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very immediate because regard like going over things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to discuss things and if you’re discussing things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and then they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of talk about it like a regular conversation but with talk space you may state this and after that it might be five hours later on and after that they may say oh well this and after that it’s kind of it takes a lot longer to talk much like if you’re making strategies with your pals you know what I indicate like you can call somebody and you can say hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your discussion at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that backward and forward so that’s simply something excellent to consider you understand something that did trouble me a bit in the beginning yeah the one good thing to it seems to be a good bit less expensive than going in to talk to someone it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual rate like here somebody it’s about that cost a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions monthly so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking really because like I stated it’s only half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of good the app itself the user interface is very easy to use I like it I do not have really any problems about it besides maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that does not matter since like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t know that was just something I thought of but that’s.

not really important but total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not exactly sure just how much that in fact is just me having an issue opening up to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once however back here so I just wanted to provide some like final ideas I guess I do not desire this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I think it’s truly helpful for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly busy job or something like that I believe also another actually excellent truly terrific prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to work out some insurance coverage stuff before I even like consider this so I indicate I think it’s a great service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really enjoy I view all of her videos and she talked about it but I don’t remember what that a person was called I can place it here again and that resembles something comparable so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk area was because my boyfriend was kind of pushing me to do something to do treatment due to the fact that he understood that I was going through a lot of stress so so he sort of was the one who was saying hey you should truly talk to somebody and he learnt about talk space and so that was the one that he really suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however once again like it’s actually like spoken about a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I have actually ever heard of it I haven’t actually heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to post this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s an excellent service for what it is I believe it’s not for everyone though um and I believe like I was kind of beginning to say prior to if you have much deeper concerns if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I believe that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face particularly if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s harder to talk about more thorough problems there’s something I’ve type of discovered like certainly these are deep.
