texting is it’s just that you can text them…Teladoc Health Betterhelp… kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly practical for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with journalism of thoughts it type of offers you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you understand a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I really like it for that I would state that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
get about two reactions a day about like undoubtedly if you’re most likely having like a crisis and they have a minute they can most likely help you but it’s not like they’re just lingering for you to message since generally they do a lot of these people seem to have maybe not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant because regard like going over things it’s instantaneous that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest however you may have to wait a little bit longer to talk about things and if you’re talking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na type of discuss it like a normal conversation but with talk area you might state this and after that it might be five hours later on and then they may state oh well this and after that it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk just like if you’re making plans with your good friends you know what I suggest like you can call somebody and you can state hi let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand done with your conversation at five minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s simply something good to consider you know something that did bother me a little bit at first yeah the one good thing to it appears to be a good bit cheaper than going in to speak with somebody it’s about $200 a month around there I could put the actual price like here someone it has to do with that price a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that consists of for that plan it is for half an hour live sessions each month so each week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I mean it is less time that you’re probably talking really since like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to therapy you’re most likely going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and however you get more assistance I would say so that’s sort of great the app itself the interface is really easy to use I like it I do not have truly any problems about it other than maybe like you can’t see if they read it but like I guess that doesn’t matter because like they’re gon na respond when they see it anyhow so I don’t understand that was simply something I considered however that’s.

not very important however total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has actually been very good up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m uncertain just how much that actually is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong at once however back here so I just wished to give some like final thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to give a short introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s really great for like stress type of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that example like I have actually like been just having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so essentially I believe it’s actually great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy job or something like that I think also another really great really terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
