texting is it’s simply that you can text them…Text Only Service Like Betterhelp… sort of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea sort of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be actually practical for people with anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I believe that’s really cool I really like it for that I would say that’s a big professional um I would say a con related to that same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you understand I think it’s because of this or this they may say oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she checks hardest two times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
